only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.
Users must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies and guidelines at all times. Any use of the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or misleading marketing practices is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of services.
2. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including login information and API access details.
Users must immediately notify NextureSoft support if they suspect any unauthorized access or security breach related to their account.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees, subscription charges, and usage costs associated with the platform.
Failure to complete payments within the specified time may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account and services.
4. Data Protection
Users must obtain explicit consent from their end-users before sending any messages or collecting personal data through WhatsApp.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations, including handling and processing user data responsibly.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
All users must strictly follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business API policies, messaging guidelines, and commerce policies.
Violation of Meta’s policies may lead to restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of WhatsApp Business API access, for which NextureSoft will not be held responsible.
